Extraction for a Nice Profile, a Case Report
Extractions in orthodontics are often discussed as a procedure that may flattern patients profile. In this case we present how not extracting may cause more aesthetic harm than the extraction of 4 premolars.this case report that describes an extraction case that was treated by another orthodontic office trying to avoid the loss of permanent teeth. After getting an unwanted open bite and aesthetic disadvantages the case was transferred and treated by extracting 4 bicuspids to restore a harmonious profile.
